    The Applicant's business commitments, however large, do not make him indispensable; the existence of extensive staff and corporate infrastructure means absence would be only an inconvenience and does not justify exercise of the court's discretionary power to exempt or remove him from the juror list; permitting substitution would undermine the jury system and must be rejected.
