Section 6(2) of Cap.113 is a directory, procedural provision and not a mandatory extinguishment of the statutory right to compensation; the applicant's claim was not extinguished as out of time, Limitation Ordinance Cap.347 s.4(1)(d) does not apply to this claim, and the Lands Tribunal has jurisdiction to enlarge time and should permit the applicant's amended application to stand subject to hearing.
