Leave to appeal HCMP 2466 of 2012 was refused because the trial judge's refusal to allow late amendments was a case management decision subject to a high threshold and was not clearly wrong: the proposed amendments were fact-sensitive, risked disrupting the trial and would not assist the defendants if the plaintiff proved forgery of the official resolution.
