The July 3, 1973 directions insofar as they extended to the transfer or sale of the legal title in the shares were made in error; before the court can order sale/transfer of registered shares it must have the persons capable of giving a good title joined to the proceedings, and therefore the court will revoke/stay those directions, restore the register and require return of issued certificates until appropriate parties are joined.
