On the totality of the evidence and assessment of credibility, the court found claimants proved ownership of the seized items: all items listed under the 'main roof' belong to Alan Burell and must be returned; the items claimed by Nicolo P Ruffy on the 5th floor, except items 31,32,58,69,70,91,92,97 and 98, belong to him and must be returned. Allegations of illegal subletting and absence of receipts were not decisive given the credible evidence and nature of the items.
