A squatter who is a stranger to the DMC can acquire possessory title by adverse possession which extinguishes the Incorporated Owners' right to recover possession of that portion of land; s.34I BMO and the DMC do not preserve the IO's enforceable rights against a dispossessed portion once possessory title has been acquired.
