Madam Leung provided over half the initial capital outlay and, taking account of subsequent mortgage repayments largely funded by rental income, the court found she (and by assignment the 2nd Plaintiff) is entitled to one half of the property; the 2nd Plaintiff is entitled to one half of net rental income collected by the Defendant during the six years prior to commencement of the action, subject to limitation and payment with interest at 10% p.a.; costs ordered nisi as specified.
