The Full Bench held the magistrate correctly found there was sufficient admissible evidence on which a properly directed jury could convict of murder (including circumstantial proof of death and corroborative testimony), the confessions were properly admitted as voluntary, and even excluding the confessions the evidence justified committal; therefore the habeas corpus applications were dismissed.
