Appeal allowed in respect of the two convictions for failing to stop and failing to report because the magistrate made no express finding that the appellant knew of the collision despite the particulars alleging knowledge, and because there was an irregularity in not re-hearing evidence for the later summons after the magistrate was functus officio; conviction for careless driving was properly supported and therefore upheld.
