Section 8(8A) of the Lands Tribunal Ordinance confers jurisdiction on the Lands Tribunal to determine claims transferred from the Small Claims Tribunal under s7 regardless of the applicant's status as ex-manager under s45(4) of the Building Management Ordinance; therefore the respondents' strike out applications for lack of jurisdiction were dismissed and the claims may proceed in the Lands Tribunal.
