Defendants failed to prove the pleaded customary rule; on the statutory law in any event section 15 requires managers acting as trustees to have unanimous authority and District Officer consent for a binding lease; the Lease was therefore invalid and defendants are trespassers; judgment for plaintiffs granting possession, injunctions and mesne profits, and dismissal of counterclaim.
