Despite reservations about valuing a joint tenancy interest as marketable realizable property, the court exercised its discretion to include the Respondent's bank balances and a nominal 50% share of the matrimonial property for a total confiscation order of $1,016,774.30, while refusing to issue any certificate of sentence or order for imprisonment in default at this stage and holding that enforcement (and any imprisonment application) must be dealt with later and may vary the recoverable amount.
