Psychiatric expert evidence addressing the defendant's schizophrenia/delusional disorder is relevant and admissible to inform the jury on the defendant's state of mind and knowledge; the sisters' statements are admissible insofar as they relate to the defendant's mental capacity and condition and comply with section 65B; experts must be confined to opinion and must not address factual issues for the jury.
