The Court refused leave to appeal because the sentencing judge acted within sections 45-47 of the Mental Health Ordinance and properly relied on contemporaneous psychiatric reports concluding the applicant remained actively psychotic with poor insight and unpredictable violent risk, such that an indefinite hospital order for treatment and public protection was warranted and subject to tribunal review.
