The appeal is dismissed because the applicants failed to advance any viable ground to show the Judge erred; the Board's assessments of severity, remoteness of risk, state protection and internal relocation were within its province and not irrational, and there were no unadvanced child-specific grounds for the minor that would warrant granting leave or remitting the case.
