The Court of Appeal refused leave to appeal because the sentencing judge lawfully exercised his wide sentencing discretion, properly took into account aggravating factors (systematic fraud, large amounts, breach of trust) and mitigating factors (guilty plea, good character, personal circumstances), applied the totality consideration in fixing concurrent and one consecutive term, and the resulting five year sentence was not manifestly excessive.
