A defendant's uncorroborated claim that a significant proportion of seized drugs was for personal consumption will not justify a reduction in sentence; given the guideline range for trafficking c.11.68g heroin and the aggravation of keeping a divan, the judge's starting point, plea discount and the consecutive 8 months were not wrong in principle and the overall sentence of 4 years was not manifestly excessive; leave to appeal against sentence is refused.
