The Court found PW1's evidence credible and uncontradicted, rejected inconsistent parts of the co‑defendant's evidence, and on the cumulative facts (voice messages, meetings, handing over of packets, receipt of cash, account names and proximity) drew an irresistible inference that the appellant had knowledge and took part in a joint enterprise to traffic cannabis on both occasions; convictions affirmed and sentence reduced to concurrent 3 months due to youth, good character and delay.
