Because the Director had reconsidered and finally decided the applicant's torture and non‑refoulement claims, the applicant did not pursue further petitions, and the removal order remained valid, the issues advanced in the judicial review were academic; accordingly the interim injunction was discharged and the application for judicial review was dismissed.
