Translation errors and isolated interpreter prompts in the VRI were minor, were cured or clarified by the certified transcript and video, and did not create a real risk of unfairness; the judge’s directions to focus on the Hakka answers and the whole VRI were adequate; therefore the grounds of appeal were not reasonably arguable and leave to appeal was refused and the appeal dismissed.
