The applicant holds the unclaimed cash and proceeds of securities as trustee for the named clients; the court therefore ordered the applicant to pay the unclaimed cash and realised proceeds into court under sections 62 and 56 of the Trustee Ordinance, permitted realisation of securities, required notification by advertisement and letters, fixed a three‑month claim period (extended to 30 months for the deceased client's estate), and provided that unclaimed funds will be transferred to the General Revenue if not claimed.
