The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the aggregate sentence of 5 years' imprisonment because the offences were serious, organized, involved four separate victims and high losses, the appellant played a central and persistent role, OSCO enhancements were properly applied, the judge gave careful consideration to sentencing authorities and a meaningful guilty plea discount was applied, so the overall sentence was not manifestly excessive or wrong in principle.
