The court allowed the appeal and reduced the appellant's sentence because his culpability was materially less than his co-defendants due to his youth (17) and substantial influence by his uncle; an appropriate starting point of 24 months was adopted, reduced by one-third for a guilty plea to 16 months, and enhanced by 25% under s27 OSCO to 20 months; additionally the court affirmed that the one-third guilty plea discount is ordinarily the full extent of discount for timely pleas and clear record is not an automatic ground for a larger discount.
