The appeal is allowed in part: the plaintiff must answer part of interrogatory 1(a) limited to what he complained to private and government doctors in 1982 (not what the doctors advised) and must answer interrogatory 1(b) in extenso (detailed particulars of the 1982 complaints); the judge's refusal to order sworn answers to questions 2(l)–(o) and refusal to order answers to interrogatories 4 and 5 (which sought mental processes/opinions) is upheld.
