The convictions are supported by abundant evidence that the appellant was a knowing and willing participant in a common purpose to obtain money by menaces; mere presence coupled with conduct and failure to dissent justified findings of aiding and abetting. Given the appellant's age, extensive prior convictions for similar offences and central role, the sentence of consecutive 15-month terms (total five years) with two years police supervision was appropriate; appeals against conviction and sentence are dismissed.
