Employer liable for negligence and breach of statutory and implied contractual duties because instructing employee to hammer a steel/steel-cement nail into a heavy iron/steel falsework tube was inherently unsafe and foreseeable to cause flying nails or fragments; employee was contributorily negligent to the extent of 25% for attempting an obviously impossible and dangerous task; damages assessed and reduced accordingly.
