The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the judge's order of 10 November 1998 because there was at least some evidence of risk of dissipation and of overseas assets justifying a worldwide Mareva injunction; the appellate court will not displace a first instance judge's discretionary interlocutory decision on incomplete one-sided evidence and will not normally entertain appeals to vary or discharge ex parte orders absent prior application to the first instance judge.
