Court found no binding oral agreement to constitute an education trust but found on balance that the HK$2,000,000 donation was made to HKSGI solely for a specific purpose and that a Quistclose resulting trust therefore arose; because the money was not applied to that purpose the defendant was obliged to return the sum to the plaintiff.
