The 1st defendant sought to overturn findings in the 2016 Judgment concerning express agreement and the SPC Loan; she had no right to re-litigate those determinations and she failed to demonstrate the questions raised meet the statutory threshold of great general or public importance under s22(1)(b); accordingly leave to appeal and the application for stay were refused and costs were ordered against her.
