Having considered the substantive hearings and expert evidence, the court found the Award remained valid and binding, that the procedural and substantive grounds relied upon by X had been rejected, and that Order 73 r10(6) could not be used to re‑open matters already decided; accordingly the principal sum in court was payable to G and the payment‑out application was allowed.
