The marriage being short did not justify departure from equal sharing of assets acquired during the marriage; the Husband's concealment of income and refusal to comply with the Order for Sale were adversely weighed against him. The court ordered a clean break distribution: transfers of property and shares and a lump sum payment of HKD 2,700,000 from Husband to Wife together with ancillary transfer and sale orders, plus continuation of interim maintenance until compliance.
