The court was satisfied that the trustee Pang To Shi was either out of the jurisdiction or could not be found and that it was expedient to make a vesting order; accordingly, under sections 45(b)(ii) and 45(g) of the Trustee Ordinance the entire legal and beneficial estate in the Properties was vested in the applicant, subject to any rights or interests of Faith Luck Corporation Limited and Win Million International Limited.
