The Coroner determined at the second pre-inquest review that seven Next of Kin will participate as Properly Interested Persons, that death investigation reports comprising statements and reports from 410 witnesses have been provided to participating Properly Interested Persons, that the full inquest is scheduled to commence on 6 May 2025 with 60 days reserved, and that a third pre-inquest review will be held on 14 January 2025 to address outstanding disclosure and procedural matters.
