The gambling authorization was not framed with sufficient clarity and particularity to identify the specific premises raided; therefore the police did not enter and search the premises in pursuance of a valid section 23 authorization and the resulting presumption that the premises were a gambling establishment did not arise. The convictions based on that entry were unsustainable and must be set aside.
