The plaintiff's 30 years of undisturbed and exclusive possession allowed the court to infer ouster for at least the 12-year limitation period; accordingly the defendant's title to the 1/2 share is extinguished by sections 7 and 17 of the Limitation Ordinance and the plaintiff acquired possessory title to that share.
