Livasiri was negligent for failing to advise the plaintiffs of foreseeable risks and for not implementing the protective measures it had drafted (eg use of Sky Grand bank account) and is liable for plaintiffs\u2019 loss; H & C is liable under Partnership Ordinance s.13(b) because the firm received the plaintiffs\u2019 money in the course of its business and the funds were misapplied while in its custody.
