Plaintiff's evidence was found unreliable and contradicted by contemporaneous records and credible witnesses; defendant had given standing and specific instructions, warnings and provided technicians and guards; plaintiff breached those instructions by opening the safety cover and removing the jammed cloth herself and thus was solely responsible for the accident, so defendant was not negligent and the plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
