The judge accepted PW1 as a truthful and credible witness, found that PW1 read and explained the Pol 153 forms and that the defendant understood and signed them, rejected allegations of threats, inducement sufficient to vitiate voluntariness and rejected the alleged kick and isolation; accordingly the VRI, the Pol 153s and the officer's notebook/postrecord were admissible and the exclusion applications failed.
