Interpleader relief is refused because the Defendant failed to establish absence of collusion and impartiality: by debiting the Plaintiff's account after earlier crediting it and later freezing the Claimant's account the Defendant placed itself in a position of potential liability and hampered the Claimant, therefore it was not a proper stakeholder entitled to interpleader relief.
