The appeal is dismissed as to Charge one because the two-month immediate custodial sentence for obstructing a police officer by intentionally destroying evidence and pushing the sergeant was not manifestly excessive; the appeal is allowed as to Charge two because two months' imprisonment for possession of unlicensed radio apparatus, absent aggravating circumstances or evidence of illegal use, was manifestly excessive and should be substituted by a fine of $12,000.
