The Court allowed the appeal because matters disclosed in chambers justified a further reduction of sentence; accordingly the sentences on the 1st and 2nd charges were reduced to 36 months imprisonment to run concurrently with each other and with the sentence on the 3rd charge, reducing the total effective sentence from 40 to 36 months.
