The magistrate's findings were reasonable on the evidence that the appellants failed to give satisfactory accounts; although officers did not warn them of the consequences under s.160 this was not obligatory and did not render the convictions unsafe; the particulars were not misleading given the close proximity of the bus stops, therefore the convictions are upheld.
