The conviction under the Indecent Exhibitions Ordinance was quashed because the Crown's evidence established only that indecent photographs were sent to the same individual on two occasions and did not prove distribution to 'various members of the public' as alleged in the particulars; therefore the essential element of distribution to multiple members of the public was not met and the conviction could not stand.
