The judge's directions were adequate because the jury had to be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt not only that the appellant possessed the bag but that he knew it contained dangerous drugs; failure to explain the s.47 presumption did not prejudice the appellant given the judge's general direction on burden of proof; the comment about police credibility was undesirable but did not render the convictions unsafe, therefore the appeal is dismissed.
