The enhancements imposed (six months) were a proportionate exercise of sentencing discretion in light of the appellant's extensive dishonesty record, offending while on bail and offending immediately after release; the judge applied the totality principle and permissibly ordered partial concurrency, so the overall sentence of 40 months is not excessive and the appeal is dismissed.
