The Registrar was entitled under the Rules and the inquisitorial probate jurisdiction to require the specified form to be substantially complied with in both content and manner; omission of a surviving child from paragraph 1 and failure to include the relevant information as required meant there was not substantial compliance and the Probate Master properly exercised his discretion to require amendment; appeal dismissed.
