The Court held the inquiry committee was entitled to find the information provided by the appellant to the second-opinion veterinary surgeon was grossly insufficient based on the committee's professional expertise, and that the card using the name 'Nelson' without the appellant's registered name or qualifications was professionally unacceptable and lowered the status of the profession; therefore there was misconduct and the Court would not interfere with the committee's decision.
