Section 5(4)(b) of the Powers of Attorney Ordinance covers subsequent purchases and is not confined to the original transaction between the donee and the person dealing with the donee; accordingly a statutory declaration by the appropriate person made before or within three months of the subsequent purchase sufficed to conclusively presume lack of knowledge of revocation and to validate title; the provision also applies where the vendor is the person who dealt with the donee.
