The admissions in the Summary of Facts, accepted when the applicant pleaded guilty, established the scope of the offending and the gains attributable to it; the applicant could not resile from those admissions to limit the proceeds on appeal, and the Court accordingly dismissed the appeal but exercised discretion to extend time for payment to 17 April 2025 with the prescribed default imprisonment to follow if unpaid.
