Where a bankrupt diverts funds pre-petition to put assets beyond creditors and thereafter actively obstructs trustees' statutory efforts to recover estate assets (including actively opposing Chapter 15 recognition and turnover in foreign proceedings), those actions amount to failure to cooperate and unsatisfactory conduct under s.30A(4)(c) and (d) BO and justify suspension of discharge; the master's exercise of discretion to suspend (18 months for Raymond, 15 months for Priscilla) was not disturbed.
